What I'm best at: finding where an organization bleeds time, then building the system that fixes it. The legal background is the moat — most lawyers understand risk, I understand the risk and then build the system that manages it.

What I believe: the AI tools market is going to bifurcate into people who can ship and people who can talk. I'd rather be in the first group.
