PR Flood

PR Flood scans any public GitHub repo's open pull requests using 9 heuristics — bot accounts, AI keywords, commit timing, diff size, and more — and assigns each a verdict: AI Slop, Needs Review, or Likely Human. Results render as an interactive dark-mode HTML dashboard with a score-distribution chart, verdict filters, and per-PR signal breakdowns. Calibrated against real repos: React and Prettier both scored correctly at near-zero AI slop rate.
