SilentFail demonstrates the silent error swallowing failure mode: a 10-step microservice deployment pipeline where the agent receives a DISK_QUOTA_EXCEEDED error but reads the wrong response field, logs success, and proceeds through 8 more steps — all built on missing config. Watch the confidence meter climb to 94% before everything explodes on prod deploy. Includes a reveal mode that traces the full compromise chain and a 3-line Python fix panel.
