WorldLag visualizes the moment an AI agent acts on stale beliefs — reading the world at T=0, then acting at T=10 on a reality that no longer exists. Step through three production-realistic scenarios — Config Mutation, Record Deletion, Permission Revoke — watching the Belief State diverge from Current Reality in real time, with a live drift meter and timestamped agent log.
